Hiring Process
- Search our job board and apply online.
- A recruiter will contact you to set up a time to meet to discuss your experience, priorities and goals and to outline our process for helping you.
- You will complete a skills assessment based on the needs of the employer. Many of these tests may be completed online.
- We conduct background checks and you may be required to complete a drug screening.
- You will be matched with potential employers for interviews or you may be hired immediately for an assignment.

Job availability changes frequently. Once you complete our application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences, experience and skills.
As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services provided by Essential Pros.
Not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position we offer, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
We realize not every job will be a good fit for you. Sometimes you will not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it will not work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately.
You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from the Essential Pros office.
